Medical Responsibility

Our trained paramedics provide basic and advanced life support during transportation. However, Goyal Ambulance Service shall not be held liable for any medical complications, patient condition changes or outcomes during transit.

Booking & Charges

Service charges may vary depending on distance, ambulance type, equipment used and emergency nature. Final charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Once an ambulance is dispatched, cancellation may result in applicable service charges. No refund shall be applicable after service initiation.

Limitation of Liability

Goyal Ambulance Service shall not be responsible for delays caused by road conditions, traffic congestion, natural disasters or third-party interference.

You agree not to misuse this website for false emergency bookings, spam calls or fraudulent activity.
